  - Pastoral Staff - The Father's House pastoral team is a group of proven, spirit -filled, love driven leaders that is committed to the spiritual growth of the people of God. In addition, these group of pastors are serious about assisting Bishop Matthews in taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ from the neighborhood to the nations.
- Ministry Staff - The Father's House ministry team is a group of committed leaders that is serious about the structure and the maintenance of this ministry. They wear several hats, however they have proven that their drive is to give glory to God through producing excellent work.
- Praise and Worship Team -The Father's House praise and worship team is a group of individuals with a resolve in their heart to go after God with pure praise and worship. They flow together as a team in order to create an atmosphere conducive to the Presence of God.
- Children's Church [ King's Kids] - The Father's House children's ministry is an awesome conduit for our little ones to express their love for Christ. They engage in various activities such as : singing, fun outings, arts and crafts, special presentations etc.
- Youth Ministry [ Generation New Breed] - The Father's House youth ministry is a movement that is answering the call from heaven for a new breed of youth that is red hot for Christ and not ashamed. They engage in straight talk sessions, youth conferences, concerts, gospel skating ring, amusement parks, and praise parties.
- Woman's Ministry [ Women of Faith] - The Father's House women's ministry is an anointed outreach for women designed to help the woman to be all that God called her to be. They spend time building each others faith in the things of God. The Women of Faith engage in prayer meetings, prayer breakfasts, times of impartation, thematic talk sessions, women's conferences etc.
- Men's Ministry [ Men of Issachar] -The Men of Issachar is the men's outreach ministry of The Father's House. These men are committed to being the backbone of the ministry. In addition they are endeavoring to know the times and the seasons of God as seen in 1Chronicles 12:32. The Men of Issachar engage in prayer meetings, power lunches, times of impartation, men's conferences, mentoring sessions, bowling, pool, weight lifting, cardio exercise, super bowl parties etc.
- Word Encounter Prophetic Bible Study - The Word Encounter bible study is a service for those believers that are endeavoring to go into the deeper things of God. We come together to be feed both physically and spiritually. For more info. please see our service times/location link.
- Marriage Ministry [Fire Proof] - Fire Proof is the marriage outreach ministry of The Father's House. The name Fire Proof is reminiscent of the great movie. This ministry is designed to strengthen married couples through the various seasons of life. Fire Proof engages in romantic dinners, marriage conferences, thematic talk sessions, times of impartation etc.
- Anointed Counseling - Bishop and First Lady Matthews along with our powerful Pastoral staff are committed to sharing God's counsel on any level with God's people.
- Community Outreach The Father's House community outreach is a new testament model that is committed to sharing the gospel of Christ with first the neighborhood and then the nations. We engage in house to house bible studies and street evangelism.
- World Outreach - Not only are we preparing to go to the nations, but we believe in financially supporting those ministries who are currently doing so.
